Chris has over ten years experience in real estate, first as an owner, manager and advisor for residential multi-family properties in New Hampshire. He later brought his passion for Real Estate to Boston with a focus on the South End. Soon after working the rentals market at one of Boston's top-producing offices, he started and managed one of Boston’s first dedicated loft-living websites at a Back Bay firm. He has since partnered with another loft-focused brokerage and worked Accounts Management for one of Boston's premiere property management companies before moving the business to KW; all as he continued his focus on the open-concept loft market and the full-service, concierge/luxury living properties. He's been cited in Boston Business Journal, Vestibule Magazine and Boston Magazine Home to name a few.

Chris has been living and working in the Boston area since 1997 and has taken a Boston History program at Harvard University, giving him useful insight regarding the city’s neighborhoods. Prior to his Real Estate career, Chris worked for and consulted with several internet companies in the Boston-metro area. He also owns a boutique firm that specializes in high-end private parties and events at Boston’s trendiest restaurants, hotels and lounges.

Colleen Godfrey, real estate consultant with Keller-Williams Boston-Metro, grew up in and around the great Boston area. After graduating from Reading High School in 1978, she went on to study Liberal Arts and Business at Rider College and U-Mass Boston respectively. After receiving her real estate license in 1992 Colleen completed a Commercial Real Estate Financing Course at Boston University. The following year, she received her Brokers license.

Colleen joined the Agatha Marple Realty team 1993 specializing in REO properties (bank foreclosures that are managed by the broker). As part of her responsibilities she managed REO properties which encompassed tenant relations, evictions proceedings, as well property marketing and sales. In 1995 Colleen was recruited by national real estate firm in Cambridge with a focus on residential sales.

While maintaining her business as an agent, Colleen balanced a career in Real Estate & the restaurant industry. With experience working every aspect of a restaurant, in 2003 Colleen pursued her own restaurant venture with a focus on Contemporary American Cuisine. In 2007 Colleen began her work with a local Dorchester real estate office, again specializing in REO Properties. In 2010 she joined the Keller Williams Metro Boston team where she currently focuses on residential properties.

Colleen currently resides in Revere Beach. Having lived and worked all over the city she is familiar with practically every neighborhood in the Greater Boston area. Whether working with a first-time home buyer or a restaurant owner, Colleen is experienced, professional and equally knowledgeable.
